2026 Purchase and Refund Rules

- Cloud Subscriptions: Annual or monthly SaaS fees are non-refundable once activated.
- Custom Development/Services: Milestone payments and advance fees for custom software development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Technical Support & Warranty
Buyers should test the software using the available online dashboards before committing. If you encounter a verified bug or system discrepancy, the company will review and repair it in accordance with the standard product warranty.
