CardZone is an ERP and Flutter field-agent app for prepaid recharge-card and digital-voucher distributors in Saudi Arabia. It brings merchant wallets, card sales, inventory, accounting and field operations together through a multi-tenant web platform and a companion mobile app.
Who CardZone is for
CardZone is designed for recharge-card distributors and wholesale operators who need to manage merchant accounts, sales representatives, wallet transactions and product stock in one connected system. Field agents use the mobile app to serve their assigned merchant portfolios, while authorized shop POS users can use role-specific sales workflows.
ERP modules for card distribution
The web ERP is organized into seven operational areas:
- Cards Platform: merchant and sales-representative records, wallets and ledgers, product catalog, POS sales, onboarding and device logistics.
- Accounting: chart of accounts, journal entries, vouchers, fixed assets and financial reporting.
- Warehouse: product and warehouse management, goods receipt, stock adjustments, stock movement and valuation reports.
- Purchasing: supplier records, purchase orders and approval workflows connected to inventory and accounting.
- Sales: quotations, invoices, returns and sales reporting using shared customer and representative records.
- System Setup: company and branch settings, users, groups and role-based permissions.
- ZATCA: invoice submission workflows and compliance reports, subject to customer configuration and production-environment validation.
The backend uses tenant-scoped access so company and branch data is handled in the context of the authenticated organization. Financial, wallet and inventory updates are designed around controlled transaction paths and ledger consistency.
Flutter app for agents and merchant operations
The CardZone Agent app connects to the ERP through authenticated APIs. It supports agent POS checkout against a merchant wallet or supported payment flow, merchant portfolio lookup, lead onboarding with document capture, wallet and transaction views, field visits with GPS check-in, POS device assignment and return, merchant mapping, claims and support tickets.
The app is available in Arabic and English with right-to-left and left-to-right layouts. Some visit information can be shown from a local cache during connectivity interruptions. Live sales and account operations require the backend connection, so the app should not be presented as a fully offline POS.
Technology and deployment
The web platform uses React, TypeScript, Express, Node.js, Better Auth and PostgreSQL. The companion mobile app is built with Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS. The platform is multi-tenant and supports role-based access controls.
The ZATCA area includes invoice workflow and reporting features. Activating it for a production customer requires the appropriate ZATCA credentials, target-environment setup and end-to-end validation. CardZone is not represented here as officially certified by ZATCA.
